Is she allowed to have the dog live there while she is not the disabled handler who requires the dog to mitigate a disability?

If a section 8 is approved for XXX and agrees to rent a unit for XXX + X by lying to their handler that is not the landlords problem.

They were bred in the 1700 and 1800s so that a handler could walk in between two dogs fighting and pull them apart without getting bitten even by accident.

Lawyers should handle real estate contracts, not Realtors.

The AC handler leaked some without my knowledge and yes there was a small amount of water mold but not enough to make one sick and not the kind of mold that is black and you see in some homes.  

Real estate contracts, by definition, are an arm of the law.Only licensed attorneys were allowed to handle real estate transactions in most locations up until around the 1950's I believe (at least that was the case here in CO with Conway-Bogue 1957).

States can differ WIDELY on how they handle real estate.

They do seem to be set up to handle real estate investments.

The unit also appears to have had a leak from the AC handler that had been going on for a while and damaged the foundation/structural, floor, cabinets, walls, etc.So far, the quote we have received for the repairs was about $75K.
