@Jay Hinrichs and @Ryan Murdock are dead on.In my opinion, the agent's 'message' is fine, but his delivery was poor and unprofessional.

If you choose to go this route, send the tenant a Demand Letter (post it on her door and/or send by USPS with proof of delivery/certified mail) for the rent and late fee. 

My guess is that it involves a filter delivery program that ensures you have a clean filter delivered to the home to install every three months, thereby ensure the furnace runs efficiently and reducing maintenance costs.

I don't mind used items, but would need delivery, installation, and haul-away of old units.Thanks so much!

At my duplex where I live, the mailman leaves all the mail in one box, even though there's two, because a typical delivery has a few former tenant's mail, and he's not going to figure it out.As to utilities, keep it simple.

Be sure to either post it on the door of her unit in a sealed envelope with her name and Confidential noted on the envelope face (after posting it, take a photo as your proof) AND/OR send it by certified mail or Overnight Delivery (which is preferable of the two).  

But again, this is a question for your lawyer. mine hired the sheriffs deputy to serve the notice, a good way to confirm delivery and let it be know.
