My name is Trish and I am newbie looking to start investing in my home town of Crown Point, Indiana, specifically buy and hold single family homes or duplexes.

Cabinetry seems okay, but depends on all wood..soft close..crown molding, how many boxes...Electric seems high for that small of a place, that is more for a 3/2.

A skilled carpenter could give you crown molding that would cover it.
