Zillow estimated comps that sold in the area for about $130 - $140 mint condition.What do you think about, if I offer the siblings $30000 or less cash we assume the existing mortgage balance at $67000 at 4%?

If so,maybe your brother is trying to prevent your siblings from being offended that you only will profit from the sale by way of a 2 or 3 percent sales commission,have you considered that point?

I simply don't have the micro management .. plus with the way the world is you cannot hide were you live.. all someone needs is lexus nexus and your name.. and boom they will know where you live where you parents live your siblings etc etc.. only way you can keep this from happening is to never have anything in your name utilities included.. but even at that you can be found. 

The escrow officer may tell you that there is a sibling that needs to sign off on the sale of the property.  

I'm considering buying my first real estate investment in the Chicago area, w/ one of my siblings.

I have good credit, but looking to be a co-borrower for a sibling who will be living in the property, who has ok credit.So I'm asking for a big favor, if you know a lender, someone who is well knowledgeable on the matter that could possibly help me obtain this property?
