You're thinking about great things but you need to just get started first and experience land lording, cash flow, maintenance and the other challenges that come.

This is an old city that is in a bit of a rut, I would say we need good long term investors (less slum lords).

I'm still pretty new to land-lording.

I like to look at REI from more of CEO type of role not a land lord role.

We started doing the land lording ourselves while we lived there and then passed if off to professional property management when we moved, which was well worth the 10% they charge!
