One of them the seller told us the roof was 5 years old and the inspector got up there and it was ancient and he recommended immediate replacement or at least being able to replace immediately, where because the roof was 5 years old I was going to reserve over 3 years of cash flow for a new one.

Dressers, chairs, dining table set, coffee tables, nightstands, bedroom sets, elephant riding seat thingy, ancient looking stone sharpening wheel, large rugs, mostly European looking with a bit of Asian flair on some of the pieces.I'm fairly confident that most of the contents left in the home should be valuable.
