There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

I rent out a studio apartment, next to my main house.

The commercial building looks as if it was used as a music studio and also an apartment.

As for STR, I am about 20 minutes from the beach and it wouldn't have much attraction IMO as far as marketing it as a vacation or getaway or anything like that, especially because it is only about the size of a studio (its a garage conversion for the bedroom, and then an additional kitchenette area and bathroom behind it).

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

It isn't registered with USPS; can't be found on any online service like Google Maps or Amazon, and doesn't even have a mailbox to receive mail. 

With that amount of money to invest, you just need to be careful because the market is flooded with studios and 1-bedrooms.

Getting started is as always the hardest part - building out the logistics, legal bits (for import duties, etc), marketing (be it a website, direct b2b marketing or Amazon) and sourcing the right suppliers are all equally difficult (yet interesting) tasks.
