For fix and flips I want to stay away from total rehabs and focus on properties that need minor work such as kitchen, bathroom, paint, outdoor improvements, etc. 

I turned off my Google Ads and decided to focus back on my corporate job.

@Olga Daisel I think I would focus on getting your Westlake home and using other funds to purchase rentals that make more economical sense.

@Rong TanThe last I heard is the City of Cape Coral has halted all new building permits for now so they can focus solely on rehab permits in the aftermath of the hurricane.

I think you need to focus on one strategy first before you explore too many different options.

I have some rentals but they are not my focus..
