Prices will vary widely and you need to know why that is.

I could see the appreciation value, good school district, very nice family neighborhood, close to shopping, wide streets.

Above a 650 you'll have many more lenders you can work with and more options, above 700 door should be pretty wide open.

This is something that has been ok for a while now but not a very widely taught method.
