Those who have at least one syndication under their belt, how do you manage your deal? What are the most effective things you do to provide value? What shouldn't we waste time on? How do you handle communication with your syndication team?

Interesting question, Sam. Actually, too wide in scope to really be answerable. Let's try:

1. How do you manage your deal?

By letting people do their jobs, and managing the hurdles.

2. What are the most effective things you do to provide value?

Manage the business plan.

3. What shouldn't we waste time on?

Manage tenants/buildings. There are people who can do that better.

4. How do you handle communication with your syndication team?

G-drive, email, text, phone if necessary
