You need the phone to ring.

Heres the scenario, You've done your marketing, the phone is ringing......you have several good leads.

But it seems rather long - over 1.5 minutes even when you cut out the ringing at the start and the Spanish at the end.

Especially when dealing with your infrastructure of lead generation, lead capture and lead fulfillment.And yellow Letters are not a solve all, fix all, nor always a go to product...Making the phone ring isn't the goal.

I need my phone ringing by next week.What I am looking for is a service that will allow me to send a typed letter with handwritten envelopes and handwritten signatures, and one customizable/mail merge field within my letter.

I created my own font too and use a small graphic for the return address on the flap to make it look more like a wedding invitation. 

It's not an easy job, and if you search the forums, you'll find that some people's stories are that it took them 8-12 months before they got their first deal.Even if you get the phone to ring, that doesn't mean you'll get a deal out of it. 

A simple yellow letter will get your phone ringing but the leads won't be great.

I have mine setup as "google voice" when rings so I know it is most likely from letters.
