There are tons of very seasoned, lightly seasoned, and ready to be seasoned investors at those events.  

It's also right along the LRT (light rail transit) train route, so it's easily accessible from the areas of the city serviced by the LRT.And finally, I have a nice little condo that's available right now (putting it on the market later this week) that's about a 15-minute commute from Southgate.

Are there any local investors out there that could possible give me advice on this market or a warning on what to watch out for and/or places to avoid?  

The securities laws are not something to take lightly so you'll want experienced counsel on your side. 

In Longview hitting rush hour means sitting at 2 extra lights.  

However, little likelihood that the window would have taken 5 years to crack due to a miss-installation.Possibly to a gross change in the structure of the house due to a heave in the foundation, usually there would be further evidence of such an event than just the window.Contact the window company, let them shed some light on it, you never know.

Irma,I presume you mean apartments which have inadequate natural light - perhaps the kitchen or living room(?)

If you have electricity put lights on timers and a radio. 

Examples of what it needs: new windows, hardwood floor refinishing, doors, tile kitchen floor, light and bathroom fixtures...Any thoughts appreciated.
