My question is let’s say I create a business and all the nuances that go with it but I don’t have revenue although I build my profile to be able to be approved for 30k in business credit visa commercial cards, and let’s say my personal credit is shot and my credit limit is currently $1800.

I would be happy to be wrong about this as the current state of affairs has effectively boxed out any new permit holders.

IMO, I tend to think the license will hurt you as buyers tend to trust the license holder more freely and TREC/courts place more of a duty  for licensed participants regardless of legal duties.
