I would assume that Northern Liberties, Fishtown, Fairmount, Graduate Hospital, Queens Village, Bella Vista, Poweltown, and Cedar Park fall into the A Class.

They have higher quality ones or Landlord thermostat that are auto reset to certain temperatures.

(Not sure if they have in NC)  Auto coverage was deemed adequate.
