Hey @Josh DeShong @Leonard Holland John K. for this, I'd suggest trying to upload your photo with Google Chrome, and see how it goes.

Pam, I'd recommend you take a few moments to complete your profile, upload a photo, and then post an introduction in the new member introduction area.

As a contractor (though not for hire, unless we do a jv) I can gladly look over some bids and give you some honest feedback, but without photos or more details its hard to say.

I will keep everyone updated on the progress of the rehab, including photos of before, during and after.  

I use tenantcloud to keep all my leases, maintenance requests, apartment info and photos and tenant communications organized in one place.

Did you happen to take photos of how you left the place?

And now, with all the online booking sites with photos/videos, people get to pick and choose.

In fact the only way you knew about foreclosures was by going to the county clerk office and looking up the lis pendens records (In NY) or by subscribing to foreclosure magazines like Photo Foreclosures, where they would list the specs on a given pre-foreclosure.
