there is plenty of money to be made in the okc market, it really comes down to your goals and the niche you pick to focus on.  

We plan to move in mid-Feb.However, we did see and walkthrough the property, and have a phenomenal agent willing to assist a great deal, but we will definitely look into altering each unit with a unique and different feel and approach, allowing different rehab intervals and even allowing the tenant to have a say in the choice of trims and finishes.Are you currently living in a project you completed?

With 67 counties to select from in FL the niche of tax liens to tax deeds is a great way to get involved with real estate.  

There are several things you might ought to do after you have selected your niche and market area to work in.  

There are very few properties that fit into this niche that don't have significant defects (flood zone, train/highway adjacent, built in 1800s, etc.).We too are moving into new builds of SFR with the purpose of rental & long-term hold/management.

This is  within his niche I think.
