Yes, that can be a red flag to a lender.Bond for Deed/Title is a different matter used in the state of LA, I've been under the impression that arrangement was unique to LA and you had a CFD in your state.

We plan to move in mid-Feb.However, we did see and walkthrough the property, and have a phenomenal agent willing to assist a great deal, but we will definitely look into altering each unit with a unique and different feel and approach, allowing different rehab intervals and even allowing the tenant to have a say in the choice of trims and finishes.Are you currently living in a project you completed?
