Also Home Depot has more extensive and smaller stores, if you have a small store Lowes can be a more useful trip. don't forget your local stores Lowes and HD are not always the best choice and one day they may be your only choice.

If you want to come to KC to check out the market, I would plan a trip around the 2nd Tuesdsay - you will find quite a few turn key providers at MAREI.org on the business directory as well as in their intro to KC Magazine posted on their home page.Past that, if you come to the MAREI meeting there will be over 100 local people to ask questions and build your team.

In fact, I operate rentals, and at one point, some active businesses and liability is the MOST important.When you have rentals and businesses, you have people suing you, for whatever reason, from scammers, to clumsy old ladies for trips and falls outside your building to tenants having a break-in and blaming you for negligence.
