I know there are some legal issues to consider when trying to solicit people to lend you money.I'm asking from the opposite side - are there any issues to consider when you're advertising for lending your own money to others?

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

Are there any websites/apps that travelling nurses use to find places and landlords can use to advertise?

I ended up working it out with my PM that we will advertise with no appliances and if they are willing to pay a little more i can go out and purchase one.

I just thought the trend is looking really interesting.

Gray is popular but might just be trendy and again have never seen it on these kind of cabinets.  

Selling yearbook ads for $50 or $100 a pop wasn’t the easiest thing to do, especially since all of our advertisers were small business owners and those $50 or $100 checks were coming straight out of their pocket.

I try to incentivise them as much as possible by offering the following: 1) One full year of rent in advance (typically at a slightly discounted price from their advertisement); 2) I am responsible for any maintenance items excluding major mechanical issues (electric and hvac), which means if there is any kind of backup or plumbing problem, it's on my dime, but it also means that they are going to have a renter that is not calling them to fix minor things; 3) I release them from any liability related to the Airbnb; 4) I install a keypad lock on the front door and agree to leave it when I vacate; 5) After the one year lease we go month-to-month until March when they can get back on the seasonal leasing schedule (which I inform them of), and then I sign a year lease and pay as a regular tenant.

Anyway I know that's a little ambiguous because I don't know what your business is, or what you are trying to advertise, but I think what I said above is generally true regardless.
