Legality of Advertising Private Lending

I know there are some legal issues to consider when trying to solicit people to lend you money.

I'm asking from the opposite side - are there any issues to consider when you're advertising for lending your own money to others?

This is difficult to research for me because 99% of the search results on Google and forums like this are discussing the legality of soliciting lenders, not borrowers.
