I have great cash reserves, I can get loans easier than I can book international travel, and I’m my own boss. 

I would just do cash if it is possible. 10k seems very low, but if the place is little more than a travel trailer, this could be realistic. $40 a night?

I think that if I were a bank, and a less than 5 year old LLC insisted on a loan without personal guarantees, I'd wonder why I should loan them my bank's money if they didn't have enough confidence in themselves to guarantee it.
