Be disciplined, and patient, and resist spending it just because it's THERE ie. wait for SOLID deal/s!

Wholesaling is a patient process of trial and error.

Be patient.

I'd suggest networking patiently until you meet some folks you want to take the next step with.  

For patient investors who do some digging, there are still a lot of deals happening all across the country in markets that are supposedly dead and buried thanks to the funds.And Greg, good luck to you with your investing!

For your first deal, be patient and make sure it's the right one.

Once I find a rehabber or two who can patiently deal with a distressed seller effectively and not like he deals with his contractors, then I'll believe that wholesaling will become extinct.

Hi guys, I'm new to the BP. been to the sheriff auction in Dallas few times and bought couple of properties through the sheriff sale (the ones behind their taxes)I have seen some cases were won through civil court being sold through the sheriff and im kinda confused a bit in this regard.my questions are and hope to be patient with me:1-I have seen By Virtue of order of sale and By Virtue of writ of execution what is the difference between them if somebody wins at the auction?

Mostly to patients at the local hospital or traveling nurses ect.
