Tenants *suck* at cutting grass, most of them really suck at edging if they even own an edger, and you sure as hell don't want them trimming bushes or trees.

We didn't even plan on cutting down any trees.

I’ve planted over 30,000 trees in my lifetime.  

Thinking of doing a vacation home new construction in Joshua Tree / Yucca Valley / Twenty Nine Palms area.

I had to drive to 3 of them to meet the tree guys but the other 16 were "call the plumber" or "call the AC guy" and one "call the electrician".

Located in a flood zone, the property was ultimately destroyed by a large 100' tall tree which crashed down onto the roof during a storm, practically dissecting both units.

I raised all my kids here, I planted all the trees, I have everything I need here, it's just a very basic little 3 bedroom home in middle class America.  

Obviously, a guy like myself up here in the northeast of PA can't send out letters talking about how beautiful our weather is and the palm trees are so wonderful, etc. etc. because it just doesn't fit.
