Like writing something that's asking them are they looking to get rid of their property and/or looking to purchase more.Or just send the regular age old "I want to buy your house cash, close quick" blah blah blahAny help, comments, or opinions is appreciated in advance.ThanksMy experience says make the message sufficiently broad so that the phone rings, even if it generates calls from interested buyers.

Adam,Thank you for the reply.To be frank, I contacted a small local bank, as it seems, from what I have educated myself with, that is the wisest choice in getting better terms, but unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with the results of this specific bank.

Captive companies represented here are great, but as far as options and coverage, you are only getting one choice when you go captive (Just speaking from personal experience doing this every day).

I know if I get VM it is a turn off and I will usually hang up and move on in order to talk to a live person if I have another choice.
Account Closed Rental Applicant Refuses to Provide Credit Bureau with his SS#

the way it works is they sign up with a major credit bureau of their choice and provide the credit bureau with my email so the credit bureau can forward me their credit report. that way i'm not personally liable at all for any possible allegations of misuse of their SS#. its the ONLY way i will accept a credit report for persons applying for my own rentals. how can someone not want to provide their SS# to the credit bureau?!
