You're right, we probably want to stick with 50/50 and figure a temporary way to divert rent until the properties are purchased. thank you for that information. we did not want to get into employees. extra filings, etc.I'll also rephrase questions for simplicity...I realize there is no perfect standard but there may a "normal" way of putting this together that we don't know of from someone else's area of expertise or experience.
