Taking back a home and going to foreclosure is a long costly process. 

Any overpayment on taxes for that year are then refunded.WRT to growth, I don't have statistics on it handy, but I believe the rents in Cleveland have remained stable for some period of time.

I will step back from this one as the process is obviously quite different in Illinois.

I hope to be able to help people thru the process and get them out of situations that could get worse and move them in a more positive direction.

After much contemplation I finally decided to begin the process for buying an investment property in Wisconsin.

Learned a ton in the process!!  

Every buyer (whatever that buyer's intention are as a home owner, landlord or whatever) performs his own due diligence and paying property taxes is part of that process.

I wish u would have known how much fun the whole process is.

I just closed on a deal for another Canadian and they are now in the process of fixing up the house and they will then sell it for him.

I'm also well interested in the process of investing in to troubled house to turn them into passive income.
