The skill set that I can bring to the table are Reading and creating Blueprints ( I have a degree in Architecture)Estimating ( I also have a degree in Construction Management, currently a project manager ) Good peoples person ( I have work in Sales for most of my life before becoming a Project Manager)Software savvy - ( Used mostly all Architecture software out there and some PM software, but I can learn any other software pretty easily) Fluent in SpanishTIME and WILLINGNESS TO LEARN!

I would definitely look into property managers, but interview a few and call references and ask probing questions to really ascertain their skill set.

Some markets it's easier than others and requires more skill. 2009-2011 was a very easy market, don't know exact % that purchased but I would say 90% who bought during those times have equity, a fair estimate.

They tend to have general info and knowledge of various asset classes but do not specialize.Those nuances and deep expert level knowledge from a specialist makes all the difference in the world when you are buying a property in the millions to tens of million of dollars in purchase price.For instance in retail commercial I have specific commercial attorneys I use that have specialized skills like I do in a specific asset class.Hope it helps.
