It just so happens my experience with section 8 has been horrible-- stereotypes exist because people are really like that, not everyone.. but some are.. she is incredibly rude, verbally abusive to us, constantly complaining, quick to say she is going to sue us--and gosh, it's everything people warn you about-- I got!

I am reaching out to the Big Pockets Community humbly and full transparency for your knowledge, experience and support.Here are my vitals: the two properties are in my name, the condo is worth over $350K, the row house is worth over $250 both conservatively, they have at least $150K in equity and both are cash flowing very modestly and I have a fico score over 620.I am cashed strapped, had a low credit score, didn't have the knowledge and didn't make the time to move forward.

So now we are looking for a home to buy, live in it for a year then rent it out so that we have steady cash flow and be ready if this tragedy ever happens again.I have money for 20% BUT my credit score is bad, please help how do I get passed this?!
