Currently my team can use improvement at handyman (I consider a good, trusted handyman as very high on the list of important team members: I currently have a so-so, trusted handyman that seems to not like to work and is unorganized but typically not that busy and a good handyman that is so busy that he cannot handle any popup tasks) and probably a mortgage broker (I was not satisfied with my last refinances).Similar for the processes.
