It seems he's usually operated on a simple interest agreement: "I'll pay you back your principle + 25% at the end of the project" I'm not sure he's familiar with doing a more complicated loan structure and not sure how he'll respond if I say a flat 25% at the end is too low.What's the equation or term to convert this into an equivalent annual yield or interest rate?
