If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

The transfer of title is for asset protection and acquiring of future investment properties, but my focus is really on pulling equity out of the property with my less than stellar credit (also removing the property from my personal name would lower my DTI - or so I was led to believe).

No family or friends should be allowed to remove any items or be there without your presence. 

The value of the exterior cameras for me was primary to make sure snow removal and other maintenance tasks were being done properly since I managed remotely.
