Evicting rent control tenant in Woodland Hills, ca
Hi everyone,
I’m looking to buy a duplex for me and my mom in Woodland Hills ca. I believe it is a rent control property and the tenants are paying and current.
I know that removing a rent control paying tenant in California is difficult. However, I was curious to know if I can evict them based on the premise that me and my mom are both going to be moving in to both units?
