I agree on owner occ ... but for rentals I dont think it really works.. tenants cant wait the time it takes for insurance to cover it..

Hey John,We have not had any issues like this happening recently.That is true, that Zillow can not post a unit for rent and for sale at the same time.I think Zillow is making some changes on the backend and that may be causing some of these issues!

Yes it is street legal but the owner lives in NJ and it will have to be registered and insured in FL so it is a headache I don't think we would have done it without the vendor servicing it, taking calls 24/7, and handling insurance.
