To me, their only use is a good quick look at solds and actives in your area for quick searches and some data on those houses (that is not guaranteed to be accurate, especially bed bath counts).

They are all actively forming relationships and pitching building owners to list their building.

I have been interested and studying real estate for about 2 years now and decided now is the time to get in the mix and start actively looking for deals.

We have hired a realtor for the listing however I am not sure how much marketing he is doing since there is no activity on the listing. 

The life estate could also be seen as an artificial limitation to your investment activity. 

Also pay close attention to see if there is any illegal activity taking place at the property , I would check if tenants had warrants and also be aware of any tresspassing.
