The lending sources that will lend to LLcs  will be more likely to  provide a " purchase loan "  to a LLC  as  compared to doing a  cash out  refinance to a LLC .

@Gabriela Angel nothing good comes from tenants knowing you are the owner.They just get to pressure you for immediate responses, whereas you typically want time to think and respond.Many here will state otherwise, but won't provide LOGICAL reasons, only emotional ones.
