This will automatically cause rentability and typical prospective tenant issues. 

There are plenty of discussions on the forums about prospective rental property in questionable areas, so I'm sure your view on security will be quite valuable to those discussions.

If you don't mind going into the 250k range there are a few good prospects in Kenilworth with taxes in the 6k range.

I did a walkthrough with a prospective tenant and he seemed honest and upfront about being evicted approx 3 yrs ago.  

I did see it active on Zillow for a short time, got a prospect, and my new pictures and description are still on the property.

Attorney will represent the seller, but not the children (prospective heirs or trust beneficiaries). 

I found prospect mortgage.
