thanks for posting and sharing. i guess i am not sure i agree as BRRRR might be the best for new and experienced people. its really the best way to recycle your money as most people are not working with an endless amount of it.

@Bob Prisco within minutes of posting this week I had so many incredible people reach out to me with referrals and recommendations.  

Is it better to wait for all renovations before listing with pictures or should I post listing now without pictures saying that renovations are under way?

@Renande Emile @Kesa Wiley Can you post the address or parcel number/county of the properties you purchased?

I put this post under notes because most note investors are familiar with pacer and the bankruptcy process.

I've found everyone to be quite friendly and answer questions that are posted.
