You can bet the government will doing everything they can to make you rich if you own real estate.

I've been studying real estate investing for a couple of months now (read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and it changed me forever, as it has everyone else) and I'm looking to purchase my first deal before the end of the year. 

The tenants are not going to keep it clean while the property is being shown which will reflect poorly on the amount of interest it gets.

I bet they have a list of approved education/licensing criteria service companies you can choose from.

But if you want other landlords to know about the poor performance of a tenant the only way to do so is by suing/evicting and that way it will pop up on background checks. 

I'm seeing that there is a strong resistance in certain neighborhoods (maybe rightfully so if there have been poorly overseen party houses in the neighborhood).

Remember RE is a long term play so if you take minimal losses short term to get exponential return long term then that's a good bet.
