After several months of research, we are finally closing on our first investment property here in San Diego. we are really excited about it. 

@Marissa Wurms I to was not excited about investing in NJ when I first got started in  REI.   

There is tremendous value being shared out there and anyone excited about real estate should be stopping here first!

@Steven Wilson that’s awesome I’m starting to read more and more about real estate It’s very exciting and still haven’t done my first dealNo money no experience it’s hard to find someone willing to take me on as an apprentice but trying to save to start buying in Pennsylvania since market it’s way cheaper than New York.

I met through an agent, an investor that his pdf presents him as a huge player. he has deals for over 2b all over the world. yet his online presence is close to nothing. both as a person and a company. is this real?

I am buying a foreclosure in Scranton PA for 69... is worth 105 need 8 grand worth of work If I wait 6 month and let it season I get money back in for 6/7 grand but I got to wait for 6 months On refi Than it 478 positive cash flow About 800 without any mortgage I am not to excite about this dealI mean 3 years to get my money backSeriously considering selling..Take a quick 20k and move onany advice or encouragement
