BP family,

I'm extremely excited about this announcement! I've been watching this for 2 years, back when I started looking at progression in Texas to decide where to invest.

I'm curious if anyone else sees potential in this. Perhaps maybe start investing in areas around the terminals for STR? Hi myself plan on making good use of its location to attend Dallas Stars game on the regular. I'll probably end up utilizing nearby airbnbs for a staycation. Maybe they'll add stops along the way in the future?

I recently took a course in the built environment and the way different countries value mass transit and how they build real estate around it. It would be cool to see things like this succeed and grow into things like multi-use developments grow up around modern mass transit access points. Perhaps next could be from Houston to El Paso? That drive is ridiculously long and boring and could maybe revitalize some struggling smaller Texan communities that are just a day's drive too far for Southeast Texan families to visit on a weekend. Make Marfa Great Again...?

I'm sincerely proud of Texas for being the first United States to utilize high speed trains like this!
