just a suggestion for next time -   Since your buyer approached you unsolicited they may have been willing to extend or structure a closing that would have been flexible to give you some more search time.  

The key is understanding how it works in terms of it's structure...Corporation -> Workspaces -> Apps -> Items -> FieldsI will say that while Podio itself is great, you really need to integrate GlobiFlow so you can create automations to help control the flow of your data and create tasks to run your business on.

It is my understanding the bank is not "technically" okay with this, but they won't due anything as long as they are getting paid.My question is: What is the best way to physically pay for the home prior to putting it in your LLC?

Put some structure around "I ultimately would like to have large buy and hold commercial portfolio, but I would like to generate cash to be able to pay down some debt and to be able to fund such deals in the near future."

I would encourage you to read as many posts as you can here and learn how to structure the deal, how to show it to investors, how to assign, etc.
