Almost two weeks and no hits. 

People tend to follow the money, but don't realize where they are in the curve.

(edit: the property can have up to 3 units built on it...house with attached separate apartment + unattached ADU)Of course, other people are telling me to park my cash in a high yield savings account and just chill LOL, but I'm not really comfortable with that either as an investment strategy.

People getting wise to wholesalers that will only close IF they can sell property for more than contract price, and use option period or weasel clause to terminate.  

Roam simply helps people find homes that have these types of loans.

This implies the cash flow in most markets did not take a hit.  

I know there is a way to get this idea done, but I'm hit with nothing but roadblocks.
