All financials are ran through the individuals credit as the business is a pass-through and as long as the DIR (Debt to Income Ratio) is within acceptable means, I am aloud unlimited loans as more or less a Portfolio.This should definitely help on the flips, new construction, and Cash out Refi's as all are very similarly packaged just with different terms.
