The star of Zombie House was buying foreclosures in Florida but there were so many people competing for them that it eventually became a useless source.A couple more negatives: you usually have to pay cash within X hours of winning the bid so there's no financing option.

I don't think you should start at that speed however, it is better to build a sustainable process over a couple properties rather than find out you are cash flow negative after you complete number 8.

I been trying to work a duplex for over a month and the listing agent said the tenant will not let me in even when i showed i been recently tested and show negative results.
