Didn't read it all as it was all drama.Think about how much time this tenant is wasting of your life physically and mentally every day, week, month.Once you calculate that paying the rent isn't enough to keep them as a tenant.

As Sue suggests, I would prorate the rent for next month a bit, and then put a mental note that this tenant will be out the first opportunity you get, whether it's a late rent or lease up.

But, the letter should say that the patient requires a companion animal to ease their mental illness, or anxiety - or something to that effect.The whole reason for a reasonable accommodation, is to allow the disabled individual to be able to enjoy the unit, in spite of their disability.

They could get more car for their payments so they didn't care, their mentality of "I'm always going to have a car payment" meant they didn't care, my old payment is $325 a month, I can get this really nice new car for $360 on a lease, I'll take it.
