Depends on the market, and how many skilled workers there are, law of supply and demand and all that.

A lot of income and they have some problem getting the mortgage.Debt to income of 43% is hard, and I like medical people.Medical people make a lot of money, and they have a lot of debt to to educational bills.So how do you market to medical people?

As a Realtor and former analyst, I'm putting my experience and research skills to use looking for the right property as well as sorting out the early stages of funding my/our first project. 

Or is the size not that big of a concern and more important is the relationship/experience/skill/hustle of the individual agent, not so much the agency?
