Something that has been working for me so far is listening to all of the wholesale podcasts from bigger pockets including some on the rookie wholesale podcasts that can be extremely motivational. 

I have read books, listened to countless real estate podcasts and am really eager to get started.

You need to learn and ask questions, meet local investors and go to REI meetups without listening to bad advice like do this now or flip or wholesale first, that is nonsense and will take your 30k lower.

Just recently have I started listening to Bigger Pockets.

I have also listened to all the BiggerPockets real estate podcast and the Rookie podcast.

I have listened to hundreds of bigger pockets pod casts and as well i have read some of there books.

I remember a statement I heard from one of the audiobooks on real-estates I listened to recently that said fear is the lack of information.
