College Student Looking To Learn

Hey everyone, my name is Scott and I’m currently in school to become a physical therapist. I graduate in May of 2023, and for the last year or so I’ve been considering real estate investing as an option after graduation. I’m currently trying to find as many podcasts, books, articles, people, etc to learn as much as possible so as soon as I start getting paychecks I can hit the ground running. Any suggestions for the best ways to learn and best things I can do to prepare myself over the next year and a half to be most successful when I begin?
