@Scott Harper I think that will be success right there if you keep involved with the lady and remind her that you are interested.

If you have to evict a tenant (fingers crossed it never happens!)

This is one of those times where you will look back and go, "man, that was one of those times where an awesome deal slapped me in the face and I let it slip through my fingers."

The dispatch lady said "We are close you will have to wait until we are open for any none emergency problem".
