So I was at a recent REI event and I ended up winning a free 1hr mentor session this upcoming Friday with the co-founder and managing partner of a large wholesaler.

I co-signed originally with my Dad on my original mortgage and have a private lender for my second.

He would be an occupying borrower and I would be a non-occupying co-borrower.

Both as co-signers?

@Enyi AjokuNot sure what your lease states 1. but In Colorado I have a no smoking addendum which states “no smoking in or around premises including but not limited to cigarettes, hookah, incense, marijuana, etc. any evidence of such are grounds for immediate eviction, loss of held funds and liability for damages.2.

I am moving to Colorado and am not sure what location yet.

Does the construction need to be completed and a CO issued before the proceeds can be used?

@Randall Re IIAnother one I see is co-insurance where owners under insure the value then have a claim and realize they get very little because they underinsured the property.
